Sorry to say, Google does not generally offer customer service by phone (you can try for it at 650-623-4000), although the paid Google services frequently do offer that. Some pages offer canned questions to send. If as is likely an answer doesn't satisfy, you'll have the opportunity to reply with a further question. Some help pages have "Additional Resources" listed at the right.
