Need Real Person To Talk To @ Greendot. Say My Card Is Invalid & Want My $97 Bac
Bought and loaded $97 on a greendot gold visa prepaid card. When I tried to activate/register, said my card was invalid, tried several times. Went back to where I bought it, management tried to help me and found that the balance on my card is 0.00. I still have receipt of buying and loading $97 on card. All of this happened yesterday Aug 14. Tried all day calling all kinds of numbers that are supposedly customer support but kept getting disconnected because my card is invalid. Where is my $97.00 that I loaded on the card and still have all packaging and receipt??

Hello, if you've tried calling Green Dot at 866-795-7597 with no luck, you can try submitting the web form found here. Be sure to include as much information as possible. You can also try calling 800-473-3636 (from GetHuman) or 877-434-3578 (from Yahoo! Answers -- see the tips for getting through to a real person in the post).
