I File Married Every Year. Last Year My Husbands Ss Check Was Stopped Do To Beig

i file married every year. as of last year the ss has stopped my husbands check due to being incarcerated. but we are still married and will remain married. i work part time and draw ss. and my son lives with me whom i take care here in my home.he is total dissability. and i get money for him in my tax return also. what i want to know is can i still file married-jointly. thank you.
