Removing Pulley From Motor

I'm trying to disassemble the motor so I can clean it from all the dust over the years. But I cannot get the pulley off the motor. I remove the Allen screw on the side where the belt goes; should the pulley just slide off now? Could it maybe be stuck from the friction? I don't want to pry on it and actually break it
