How To Calibrate?

The treadmill goes 0.5Km/h faster than reality! I need to calibrate it but I don't know how.

You must first calculate the speed and equate it to the displayed speed before you can calibrate. if You're not sure if it even needs to be calibrated.

To determine the speed, run the belt for a certain amount of time and compare it to the displayed speed. The length of the belt must be determined. You should be able to calculate the speed using the markings on the belt. Determine the distance between the markings with a tape measure. Then, according to the show, run the treadmill for a specific distance. Count how many times the marking passes by when it is going. You can now measure the total distance traveled by the belt and equate it to the distance shown on the screen.

You will need to calibrate if they are not the same. Calibrating is brand specific, so you'll have to look up how to calibrate your treadmill online.
