Customer Service
WHY IS IT TAKING ME OVER AN HOUR TO GET THRU TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP.
I WILL STAY ON THIS PHONE ALL NIGHT JUST TO GET THROUGH BECAUSE I KNOW THEY WANT ME TO USE THE INTERNET. I WANT TO TALK TO A PERSON.

I suspect you may know the answer. If it takes you over an hour it's because telephone response has a low priority with the organization, which seeks to save money by minimizing the personnel, the telephone lines, or both.
However...
