Here are the steps to turn on Bluetooth on an HP 2730p:
  1. Click on the Windows "Start" button and select "Control Panel."
  2. Click on "Hardware and Sound" and then "Bluetooth Devices."
  3. Check the box that says "Allow Bluetooth devices to find this computer" and click "Apply."
  4. Click on the "Options" tab and select "Turn discovery on."
  5. Click on the "Bluetooth" tab and check the box that says "Allow Bluetooth devices to connect to this computer."
  6. Press the "Wireless" button on your HP 2730p. This button has an icon that looks like a wireless antenna or a satellite dish.
  7. Press the "Fn" key on your keyboard and the "F2" key at the same time. This should bring up the wireless and Bluetooth settings menu.
  8. Use the arrow keys to highlight "Bluetooth" and press "Enter."
  9. Use the arrow keys to select "Enable" and press "Enter."
  10. Press "F10" to save and exit the menu.

After following these steps, your HP 2730p should have Bluetooth turned on and ready to connect to other devices. Note that you may need to pair your HP 2730p with a Bluetooth device before you can use it.
