Recieved Erroe Code 59.c0 How Can I Fix It

Hello jeffreyranck,
You can try a few things to see if the error clears:
- Turn the printer off, and then turn the printer on.
- take the left side cover off, (looking at the front of the machine) and see if any debris (small piece of paper) may be blocking a sensor (located in the center)
- Check and reseat the fuser and toner cartridge to make sure they are not hindering gear movement in the drive train.
- Check the main motor’s cable to ensure that it is seated properly.
If the error persists, you may need to replace the main motor.
