Lost Hard Drive Password Laptop Locked

If your password is actually for your Hard drive, I am sorry to say that you are done. There is no way to recovery a password set on a hard drive. Basically, you need to get a new hard drive (if you have an OS recovery disk). If the password is for the operating system that is on the hard drive then a simple reload of your operating system from recovery disk is the answer.
