Normally the problem you have is due to the ink not being fixed to the paper. This is due to a heater not functioning properly which requires the help of an engineer and a replacement if it proves to be the fault. Also check you have the correct ink in use. Also make sure the paper is not ink unfriendly, which I think would be unlikely these days. Check also that you do not have pieces of paper in the transport of the printer causing the ink to be smudged.
