HP do not appear to make their MSG (Maintenance service guide) available for free download at the moment wanting users to return their laptops to a service agent. There are some instructions via the attached link.

I would advise caution when dismantling as fragile plastics break if you do not follow strict dis-assembly routes. If you need any further help or advice please raise another question.
