Forgot Password And Can't Reset

Hit "reset password?" and got a message about a removable disk E (where's that?) Inserted a flash drive in various ports, but nothing. How do I get beyond this? Also tried F11 system recovery but that called for insertion of a Windows Installation Disk (which I don't have -- I'm pretty sure the netbook came with Windows pre-installed). Help!

In general, there are two ways

1.use password reset disk, but this works only if you have made a disk

2.use Windows password recovery tool, there are many, you can search on google
