Officejet Printer 6700 Premium

fitted new 6700 to my pc, it will not print, it will copy a4 items but cuts top and bottom off.

Greeting -

"cuts top and bottom off" - Please ensure that the cartridges or toner do not have a plastic tape that cover the air vent.

"wont print" - Have you installed the 'driver and software' bundle that cames together with the printer on a disc (this bundle can also be downloaded online)
