Wifi

In device manager I am seen "Other Devices " Network Controller and PCI Device. Both have yellow exclamation marks next to them. I am also not able to connect to WiFi, only via ethernet cable. What drivers am I missing ? My Laptop is running Windows 7 Ultimate
