Cpu Usage Of My Hp 4420s Goes To 100% While Charging.the All Power Plan Are Same

There might be a conflict between the CPU and battery of the computer. However, there are also chances that it might be an Operating System problem displaying wrong information. The best thing you need to do is to restart your computer system then plug the power outlet again and observe if what will happen. Goodluck.
