Hitachi 42hdt52a Tv Software Update
Hi , We think we need a firmware update for our TV. We have version V0102.0001 and we are wondering if there is an upgrade to a newer version that would address the issue we are having with our TV. The TV goes to a purple screen when using HDMI input after a variable amount of time.. There really is no rhyme or reason to it and we noticed we are behind in the software versions so we're hoping that's the reason. :) Please advise. The serial # for the TV is: V5L004240Thanks, Theresa and Mark
