Plasma 55hds69

tv has sound checked vs and va voltages but has no voltages

Most likely to be a power supply problem. Without a service manual giving you a schematic then you will have to employ an engineer. If you have technical knowledge you can repair it if you obtain a manual. There is one at this link:

A common problem is with capacitors on power supplies failing. The advice is to replace them before they fail as normally once they have left this planet the power module is dead. That is the most common but not definitive.
