Store Credit Card

where & how do i get to your web page to access information in regards to my store credit card? upon returning an item without a receipt i was given in store credit only. on the reverse side of the card there is no phone number or the actual http//. it tells me to go to the stores web site .com but i am unable to locate this type of credit card. can you assist me or advise me in this information please? thank you!
