2003 Honda Civic Hybrid Won't Start.

I have a 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid. In warm weather the battery gets drained while I'm away from the car for more than 6 hrs. I do not have this problem in cold weather. The time for the battery to discharge is shorter as it gets hotter. After a get someone to jump my car it runs fine. If I turn it off right away I need a jump to start again. If I drive for a while (20min+) and stop the engine it will start up on its own when I try to start it withing a few minutes. What is causing this? What can I do to fix this?
