Th8000 / Th8320u - 2h 1c Heat Pump App.
Hi I'am a contractor , I installed a heat pump at a customers home and yesterday they called and said that the 2 stage heat / aux ? didnot come on . this unit has a outside temp sensor for heat pump control . How does the lock out in the program work ? i have read the instructions several times and still confused . Installer set up # 350 & 360 . I see there are temp. settings for locking out the comp. and or the aux . that part is not very clear can you help ? 2) If the aux is locked out and or the comp. should the stat work on emerg . heat , or is that locked out also , until the outside sensor is satified ?
