Hotmail No more - its Microsoft email now

Here are the steps on how to change your Hotmail password if you forgot it:

Go to the Microsoft account recovery page: https://account.live.com/resetpassword.aspx.

Enter your Hotmail email address or phone number.

Click Next.

If you have a security information, select it and click Next.

If you do not have a security information, click I don't have any of these.

Follow the instructions to reset your password.

Here are some additional things to keep in mind:

Make sure that you are using the correct email address or phone number.

If you have a security information, make sure that you enter it correctly.

If you do not have a security information, you will need to provide other information to verify your identity, such as your date of birth or the last four digits of your credit card number.

If you are still having trouble resetting your password, you can contact Microsoft support for help.
