Hotmail Hacked By Ex

My ex hacked my hotmail account and changed all the security questions and password and I can find NO way to shut down the account with paying someone money...anyone have a contact number that I call immiediately????

Just write to hotmail support that your account was hacked provide some detailed informations about your email contacts and messages they should reset your password.
