Password Recovery Or Reset Help

I cannot change or recover my password, I have had this email account for 15+ years. I have tried all the recovery methods and still can't access my email after switching phones. There has to be a simple way to verify this is my email account. I can tell you what 3 emails are setting in my inbox, I just need a simple way to recover or reset my password.

Go here to insure that you have tried the available fixes for recovery. Have you tried doing a hard reset on your phone....
