Cancellation Policy Confusing
I booked trip with Hotwire - wanted to upgrade hotel due to poor ratings and location after email to hotel - policy I had stated extra fees would apply on July 15 but when I contacted customer service they stated that fees apply immediately at the time of booking trip - please explain - I am worried that the hotel was mis representated by the Hotwire web site and we are going to have a horrible vacation
