Consent Forms

I Talked To Someone In The Customer Service Dept Who Was A Supervisor Over Two Weeks Ago And Have Been Told I Needed New Consent Forms On File For Myself And My Husband And She Left The Line And Told Me She Had Requested Them To Be Sent To And I I Would Bet Them In 7 To 10 Business Working Days Well Here Over Two Weeks Later And No Forms From You. How Can I Access My Husbands Medical Records Or Prescriptions As He Is A Copd And Empheysma On Oxygen Patient To Check On His Meds Or Him On Mine If You People Keep Telling Me I Need To Have A Consent Form On File. She Said She Sent Me Two Forms. We Both Get So Damn Mad When We Have To Give Permission Each Time To Access Our Records And I Do All Of This For My Husband. Do You Understand Yet?????? Why Is It So Hard To Get Any Forms Mailed To Us. Or Also Is There Anywhere I Can Print Forms Off Humana Website So I Can Print Them Myself At Least To Get The Damn Things Mailed. I Mail My Presp Payments When My Invoice Comes Due And Pay My Premiums On Time So Why Can I Not Get The Same Courtesy Back From You In Your Office. Will Be Waiting For A Response I Hope From You Tomorrow. Thank You Beverly And Larry Joye  (oh By The Way The Lady I Talked To Was Up On The Ladder Of Your Corp So Somebody Is Dropping The Ball And I Suggest A Good Idea To Find Out. Thank You Again)
