Car Rental
i took my IX35 in at hyundai witbank for my gearbox to be fixed and they told me its going to take a week for them to fix the car as they still have to take the gearbox to Johannesburg,i explained to them that im using the car to travel to work and asked if its possible for them to organise any mince of transport for me they told me they cant make any plan for me.why is hyundai not treating their customers equally cause i have a friend who had a problem with his car and they gave him a car until his car was fixed.My car is still under warrantyPlease help Tibizane Mnisi

Hi Tibzane, The quote from Hyundai FAQs below should answer your query I trust
"Is there a rental vehicle available to me while my vehicle is being repaired?
Some, but not all, Hyundai dealerships provide their customers the use of a rental car if their vehicle will require servicing for an extended period of time. Hyundai dealers may place restrictions on the conditions of their rental car. Please contact your Hyundai dealer prior to taking in your vehicle so you fully understand their rental car policy, if they have one."
