Sqeeking Sound In Back End

A few months ago we noticed a squeaking sound in the back end - sounds a bit like when 2 pieces of styrofoam rub together.  I took apart the styrofoam tray and cleaned it all but had no success.  I can't make the sound by pushing on the vehicle it only happens when we drive and go over bumps.
