Wrong Part For Bath Sink.
Bought an Odensvik sink, 401.939.40, 16742 (only numbers on box). A drain part, corrugated tube for overflow drain is too short. Piece is about 6 inches long. The instruction manual shows it to be about 10-12 inches. How do I get the proper part?

Contact Ikea Customer service of the closest store or the online Customer Service (link for numbers below). Someone made a quality control mistake wwhen the package was assembled at the factory.

This could be a larger problem for Ikea because you might not be the only person who received a 6" overflow connector. Once you've resolved your issue, thank the rep and ask to speak to a supervisor to relay the issue.
