Flashing Screen

After 6 hours unit turns off. I can power it back on for less than a minute then it turns off again. Screen then starts flashing quickly and I have to reboot only to have same thing happen again. Tried different chargers, batteries, resets, even switched out cn70 for a spare one and still having same problem. Thanks in advance for any advice
