Is The Intermec Pm43 And Pm4i The Same Configuration Capability?

upgraded from the PM4i to PM43. Only Intermec printers are currently certified to work with McKesson STAR Laboratory. Unable to get the PM43 to communicate with STAR Lab. What configuration change am I missing?
