I Need An Answer To My Request President

I wrote the following . Can someone answer me, because Chase is not.  Also, how do i send this to higher ups in this bank? thanks,   Robert Ms. Miller, I am at a loss, again, about your attitude. I owe JP Morgan Chase about $800,000 as the mortgage on my building that is worth about $1,400,000. This building houses my small company, Amity Manufacturing, and its 11-12 employees. Amity manufactures 49 USA made products mostly for the promotional products industry. Due to competition, mostly from China, my business has been down, and I am struggling to increase sales and keep the company from closing its doors. I have asked you to allow me to not make any monthly mortgage payment for another seven months which would bring the mortgage amount to around $900,000, this would help Amity increase its sales and survive the economic downturn.   You have rejected my request and have indicated that you will basically foreclose on the building and send everybody home. I realize that JP Morgan / Chase has the power to do so, but why, Ms Miller, your money is safe and it is collecting interest. There is no way JP Morgan / Chase can lose any money here. Amity has several hundred thousand dollars of equity in its building. You have conducted an appraisal on Amity’s building. You have refused to divulge the appraised value, but you know there is enough equity to carry on, even for several years with Amity not making any payment, and with no financial risk for JP Morgan / Chase. But you do not want to allow this even for seven months. You have helped before , so why can’t you continue? Ms Miller, you sit in your plush JP Morgan / Chase office and look down on little people like me. You have the power to destroy Amity and you want to do it, though you will not gain any more money than if you granted my request. I just do not comprehend the rules of conduct observed in JP Morgan / Chase. Doesn’t JP Morgan / Chase have any social responsibilities, especially when it does not cost you any money?  I am a mechanical engineer and not a finance guy. But I just cannot understand your attitude. You want to close Amity, send everybody home when you can just as easily go along with my request and help a small company survive, WITH NO FINANCIAL RISK ON YOUR PART. But you want to shut Amity down, and in the process hurt 11-12 families. Well, you have never answered this question; instead you have continued to threaten me. How do you sleep at night, Ms Miller? I was honest with you about my pre-occupation with a lawsuit where a customer has copied one of our products and has violated Amity’s patent. You are using this as the reason for Amity’s problems.  I do not get people like you. Amity’s problems are mainly due to Chinese imports and the financial melt down that has resulted in no credit for small businesses. We lost a two million piece per year pen order from Office Depot to a Chinese company that copied our pen, exactly, and offered it to Office Depot for less than half the price. Amity lost 700,000 pens it used to make for B of A, again to a Chinese company, and more. These have nothing to do with the lawsuit. You are twisting my honesty with you against me. I realize you have all the cards and power, but why the need to use them when you do not need to. I just do not get the philosophy of JP Morgan/ Chase bank. I am going to send a copy of this email all the way up the chain of command at JP Morgan / Chase bank. I need to know why you are refusing to help save a few jobs at no financial risk to your esteemed bank. Someone in your bank must answer me. Ms Miller, it is hard enough to fight the Chinese imported products and the financial crunch, but Amity has increased its customer base 20% so far this year with more to come, but your attitude is very demeaning to me. It makes me feel like I am begging and it is humiliating.  I am through trying to make sense of your hard-nosed attitude. I have complained about you before, but unfortunately my case was returned to you again.  So you go ahead and start your foreclosure while I will try to get an answer from somebody in your organization as to why. WHY do you have to do this? Not giving a damn about little people is the only answer that my mind can come up with.  Maybe someone on the internet can explain it to me because you have not.
