What Causes Colored Vertical Lines From Top To Bottom, Across The Entire Screen?

problem is present with all inputs, but not on menu screen. Just appeared. For the first 3 days, the lines would disappear completely after the set ran for 5-10 minutes. Now, the lines are there full time.

That problem can be best addressed at the repair centre as the problem is inside the unit where a componet is nolonger producing enough power as it was suppose to.
