Finalizing A Recording Using A Jvc Dr-mv79b

I Have transferred a recording from my camcorder to a DVD-R using a JVC DR-MV79B but could not finalize it. The finalize option doesn't show up after I pressed the list option. How I can make the finalize option show up.Thank you.
