Green Tint
What causes a greenish tint to the picture? There is a green aura that is distorting the picture coming out of the camera

There are a few possible causes for a greenish tint to the picture on a JVC TK-C9200U camera:

- It sounds like you can have optical engine issue. That's if green tint was show up very gradually, until one day it really caught your attention.Normally some parts of the screen more green than other. It should get progressively worse. To solve this issue optical engine have to be replaced. It is pretty expensive repair if your TV is out of the warranty.
In case if tint appeared suddenly in one moment - you can try to check component cable connection on the back of your TV if you are using one ( green, blue and red colored). Sometimes it's loose or after disconnection people reconnecting it in wrong way.
Experienced tech will determine if optical engine is bad by running test patterns in special service mode. If green tint present on Grey scale - optical engine is bad.
