You can try resetting the Jabra BT2070. To do this, remove the BT2070 from the list of paired devices in your phone's Bluetooth menu. Then, start with the BT2070 turned off and then press and hold the Answer/End, Volume Up and Volume Down buttons simultaneously until it turns on (in Pairing Mode). Once in this mode, you should be able to "find" and add it as a new device from your phone's Bluetooth menu.
