Jabra Wave Bluetooth Troubleshooting Manual
Using my Jabra Wave bluetooth, whoever I call or answer cannot hear me. What do I need to do?

I would suggest resetting the phone as well as your Jabra Wave Bluetooth.
Start by removing the Wave from the list of paired devices in your phone's Bluetooth menu. Turn your phone off, then, if possible, remove its battery for at least 15 seconds.
Reset the Jabra Wave by turning it ON and pressing and holding the Answer/End and Volume Down buttons until the lights flash 5 times. When you turn it OFF and then ON again, it will be in pairing mode.
Replace the battery in your phone and turn it on. You'll need to repeat the pairing procedure to link you phone and Wave together again, but it should work fine after that.
