Motion Bluetooth Works Poorly With Siri

I find that Siri responds the first time only and then not again until the devices are unpaired and re-paired. Then it works again, but only once.

That's not what we've found in rigorous testing with the Jabra Motion and the iPhones. It may be an issue with the iPhone that may require a reset (reset network devices). Keep in mind that resetting the iPhone WILL lose stored data, such as network passwords, etc.
