Dear Kindly be noted that I reserved my Grand Cherokee since June 2014 in Abou Ghaly motors Egypt to be received by Jan 2015 & up till now no one neither taking care of me nor answering my inquiries & by the end I reached some one called Mr Mohamed Farid & he told me that he will handle my case & after that he escaped with no feed back & when calling him someone informing me always he is not available not only that but when I got nervous during one of the calls I have been informed that if u r not u can cash back your deposit so I was chocked from the reply & got sure that no respect @ all to your Well known brand from such reply like this so appreciate to feed me back ASAP by what can I do to get my car!!!
