Bleach Dispenser Won't Drain

bleach dispenser doesn't fully drain - at least I think that's the problem. Bleach gets on successive loads. Also, sometimes there's water in detergent dispenser after wash. This isn't as much of a problem but bleach steaks on other clothes definitely is! Thanks.
