Poor Gas Flow (intermittently)

I have the following Kenmore LP gas grill: 720-0679r. I have had problems from day one since I have got this grill. The main issues are with what seems to be the regulator after several rounds of trouble shooting. I got the grill as a gift this past Christmas. Worst case scenario, I just want to replace the regulator to see if this will indeed remedy the issue. Can I have the part number, as it will not pull up on Sears parts list or Google.

ARE YOU USING A "BLUE-RHINO" LP TANK?

REGARDLESS...TRY SPRAYING SOME WD40 INTO THE FITTING THAT ATTACHES TO THE LP TANK "THAT WILL LUBE THE O-RING" AND LET IT SEAT PROPERLY.

THEN REATTACH THE HOSE TO THE TANK AND IT SHOULD GO ON FURTHER THAN BEFORE.
