Problem When The Unit Starts

When the unit is turned on, the inicial configuration display appears and only the "next buttom" does not work. The unit had been disconnected and reset but the problem remainsThanks in advance

On the faceplate, press and release each of the buttons to make sure none are stuck.
Clean the metal terminals on the back of the faceplate and front of the car stereo with a cotton swab lightly dipped (not saturated) with rubbing alcohol. Reset the stereo again
