Y Toner Missing

Hello, I have replaced the Y cartridge on this printer and I'm getting error message that 'Y toner missin'. I took another new yellow toner and it's still saying the same. What can be wrong. To clearify... it also makes grinchy noice.

Hi! This is caused by a misprogrammed chip on the toner most of the time. If you are using an original toner, contact Konica Minolta. If you are using a different but compatible toner, please contact the seller of your toner.
