Water Overflowing From Inside Of Washer When Washing Towels..

When we wash towels at any level of water .. does not spin water out of towels and water is flowing into drain pan and out of the back of washer. According to consumer reports there was a software update on the rinse cylcles however after contacting LG at any level they are unaware of software problems.
