1) Power on your LeapPad. 2) Simultaneously hold down the Home button and volume up button. This will bring you to the Parent Settings menu. 3) On the Parent Settings menu, select the "Screen Calibration" option by either touching it, or arrowing up to it if the screen is totally unresponsive.
Why is my LeapFrog not working?
The most likely reason LeapFrog Connect is unable to communicate with your device is a missing or improperly installed driver. We have seen instances where ESET Nod 32 security runs a proxy scan which interferes with the sync.
