Is There Anyway To Speak With Someone At Linkedin Support?
LinkedIn has temporarily restricted my account. Can I do anything other than e-mail them (which I have done) and wait for them to respond (which who knows how long that takes?)

I doubt there's any way to speak to someone. LinkedIn however offers these suggestions (in boldface):
If this is your first restriction, try to unrestrict yourself.
If your account has been restricted and you don't understand why, contact us for an explanation.
