All Lights Blinking, Can't Get Internet Anymore

recently all the lights started blinking on the pls300 unit we have and the internet stopped going to the 1 computer plugged into the 4 port unit, i tried all fixes even with customer support from unplugging and plugging in power, reset button 1 minute, and each time goes back to all lights blinking so they think its a hardware issue. the modem/router are fine as i get wireless on another laptop, and i believe the ple300 unit that plugs into the router/wall electricity is fine. any help would be great!
