Vp Customer Relations
I am getting the total runaround both in Customer Service and Chat Room re NYC's location.No one will give me or try to help me with a problem I'm having re technical issues with the website. When you call the CS Number provided on their website, all they do is help you with a purchase or refund. They know nothing about technical support nor where to transfer you. I needed info relative to a recent purchase for which I did not have an invoice, order no or packing slip; this info would be attainable if I could access my Order History on L&T's website, but this isn't possible. There is a similar problem with Neiman Marcus. Perhaps this needs to be brought to Hudson Bay's attention?
