I Am A Lowe's Employee And Kenexa Will Not Let Me Access The Career Site' Why?

I can access all other sites, my wealth, health, life track, etc, but KeneXa stops me from accessing the career site to search and apply for job openings, states to contact my administrator. I went to Lowe's and spoke with H.R. mgr, and he told me to try and get IT to help. I tried to send a request to the help desk and keeps coming back, "failed". My computer has all the settings needed to access and always has in the past, so why can't I access the career site now? Please advise or unblock me from accessing the site. Thank you.
