We Have One Of These With What Appears No Power , Led Out . Ac Mains In Circuit

If you can help we would be obliged , we have no diagram as we only have one pair of these There is one of these with what appears no power , led not light .butac mains is in circuit and rectified working ok converting to dc out, circuit has a mains plug fuse that's okIs there another fuse or in circuit fuse in the assembly as all ht are high and we suspect there may be an open circuit
