How To Do A Factory Reset

HelloColleagues how to do a factory reset on this player.Something is messed up in the settings and the menu does not want to be displayed. The marantz logo appears for a moment and then goes out and nothing is displayed.If you insert a BD recording, you can hear only audio. The wires are also changed.I happened to fall into the video track one time, but after turning off and connecting, the same lack of vision.
